FASHION HOUSE DEVELOPMENT OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES FASHION HOUSE MOSCOW
Outlet Centre FASHION HOUSE Moscow is FASHION HOUSE Development’s first live project in Russia. The FASHION HOUSE Moscow site is 38,580 sq m with 28,765 sq m GLA, it will be home to 192 outlet units, foodcourt and cafes, 1865 parking spaces and a children’s play area. It has a catchment area of 13.4 million within a 90 minute drive time and is in close proximity to Moscow and Khimki.

FASHION HOUSE DEVELOPMENT plans to develop the second Outlet Centre in Bucharest
Due to the big success of its first Outlet Centre in Romania, now FASHION HOUSE DEVELOPMENT is in advanced stages of planning regarding the second site in the capitol of Romania - FASHION HOUSE Bucharest East. The FASHION HOUSE Bucharest East site is 23, 500 sq m and will be home to 93 outlet units, foodcourt, 1436 parking spaces and children's play area. It has a catchment area of 3,5 million within a 90 minute drive time and will be located in the eastern part of the city.

FASHION HOUSE DEVELOPMENT SECURES ST. PETERSBURG SITE
FASHION HOUSE Development (FHD) have just completed the acquisition of their second Russian site in St Petersburg. The St. Petersburg site is located South-West of the city limits on a major highway intersection allowing easy access from all main routes and near the Pulkovo airport. It is 37,000 sq m and will be home to 172 units, foodcourts, children’s play area and 1200 car parking spaces. It has a catchment of over 4.2 million within a 90 minute drive time.
