Current projects
Eight years in the planning, the Fashion House Outlet Centre brand was launched on 11 February 2004, with the opening of Poland’s first Fashion House Outlet Centre in Sosnowiec, Southern Poland (near Katowice).

All of the Fashion House Outlet Centres in Poland are now owned by Polonia Property Fund II.
This was followed on 26 October 2005 with the opening of Fashion House Outlet Centre in Gdansk, on Poland’s Baltic coast. On 16 November of that year, they were joined by Fashion House Outlet Centre in Warsaw.
These three Outlet Centres cover the country and make Fashion House the market-leading Outlet Centre business in Poland. But each one is a completely different themed shopping experience; from a 19th Century street with railway architecture, through a traditional fishing village with its own lighthouse to a replica of Warsaw ‘Stare Miasto’ (Old Town).
The fourth Fashion House Outlet Centre was opened on 5 December 2008 in Bucharest, Romania to record crowds. Following the success in Warsaw, this Centre is themed to ‘Old Town’ Bucharest architecture.
Full details of all of these existing Centres can be found on: www.fashionhouse.pl and www.fashionhouse.ro.
