Fashion House Outlet Centres

FASHION HOUSE Development BV is a joint venture partnership between Liebrecht & wooD and GVA Grimley Outlet Services, formed to develop new Fashion House Outlet Centre businesses across continental Europe and Russia.

The Company offers a dedicated, premium-quality service for investors, developers and Tenant brand owners, from a team who are experts in the fields of Outlet Centre development, project management, leasing, operations and management.

Eight years in the planning, the Fashion House Outlet Centre brand was launched on 11 February 2004, with the opening of Poland’s first Fashion House Outlet Centre in Sosnowiec, Southern Poland (near Katowice).

This was followed on 26 October 2005 with the opening of Fashion House Outlet Centre in Gdansk, on Poland’s Baltic coast. On 16 November of that year, they were joined by Fashion House Outlet Centre in Warsaw.
